These three stages form a model that we can apply to any jobs interview answer. Most people stop at the top level here, but a high quality job interview answer always goes deeper. The further down this model you get, the better your job interview answer will be. This becomes really important when you are asked questions that you have not prepared for.
Don't forget that examples and stories are important in job interviews. In this model you could include a story in part 2, or at the end after part 3.
